Description: A commission for a friend who is a makeup artist and fan of the (former) band by the name of ‘Oh, Weatherly’. Their album “Lips Like Oxygen” uses this image of lips with a drip as the cover so she wanted it blown up to hang in her room.

Thoughts: I had been looking a while for the right idea to try out a full colored pencil piece and this seems like the perfect one. It took longer than I thought, as I had to sort of learn the colored pencil techniques along the way but it was a really fun process. There are some things I would have done differently from start to finish but I am happy with how this came out overall.
